identity theft is a major issue that has been common over the years, this is an extension on the portfolio. Because of online shopping, many people lose their money do credit card theft, and identity theft. 

The stakeholders that are involved with this issue are one: the people that use e-commerce and the internet, for example the online shoppers. Another stakeholder is the people that set up the security and safety on the internet itself to try to prevent the issue of identity theft. Another stakeholder is the criminals that are involved with the identity thefts. The person that will interviewed for this part of the portfolio is someone that has experience with this type of issue.

This portfolio addresses the issue of cyber Hacking. Cyber attacks are made to companies, people's personal sites and it can also affect the government. Examples of some cyber attacks are when some people hack into someone's computer, they can steal their files, and place viruses on their computers. Another example is the article "Cyber Assaults on Estonia Typify a New Battle Tactic". (Finn, 2007). This article concentrates on how there are massive cyber attacks on websites of the government, banks, telecommunications companies, internet service providers and news organizations.

This issue would have many limitations. The IT system that is involved with this issue is the internet. This IT system is very important to society. Many businesses around the world use this IT system. Businesses in Estonia use internet to save their data. There are many significant documents that are kept on the computer.

Society is affected by this issue in positive and negative ways. One positive way that it can help society is by solving some crimes. The government or some other organizations, would hack into someone's computer if they believe that they are a suspect. One negative issue is that this can invade people's privacy. Hackers can find personal items on ones' computer or company.

Cyber Hacking can be a very serious problem. Where hackers can find personal items and access very confident information. It can also help solve crimes in many ways which would make society safer.

Criteria C- Online Shopping

Online Shopping can have many impacts on the society. It can have positive impacts as well as negative impacts.

A positive impact on online shopping is that it means less travel time and it can mean that it gives you lower costs; less spending. A positive impact would mean that people would use less paper while shopping online which would mean less trash and less pollution which is important to the environment (Williams, 2007).

A negative impact on online shopping would be the issue of credit card theft and identity theft. Credit card numbers and stolen and many victims suffer. However, giving your credit card details online is no different to handing your card to a shop assistant that you don't know or a waiter you have never met before (Bloch, 2007).

There are many problems with online shopping when it comes to purchasing the item. There are many issues such as high shipping prices, inventory problems, and prices." More than half of the respondents (51 percent) said they abandoned a shopping cart even though they had intended to buy products on the site". Some say " 54 percent of respondents prefer to shop in a physical store because they can understand a product better there, and 76 percent said they were more likely to buy products on a site that helps them do so by offering features such as product zoom, 360 degree product views, and online videos of products in context"(marketing VOX, 2007).

Credit cards is an important component where people can use it online while entering their credit card numbers and buy stuff online that way for business and personal items as well. The internet is also another component for online shopping. There are websites which allow people to shop online such as Amazon and EBay.

Technological developments that lead to online shopping is the fact that you can use the internet and shop by using credit cards which let you purchase items.

This situation can be beneficial Customers can browse from online catalogues without having to leave their homes or offices. Technology has made it easier for people to do online shopping. They do not have to leave their homes and it is a fast process. However this portfolio addresses the issue of online shopping theft which affects a lot of business and people around the globe. This issue is growing rapidly as now there are a lot of thefts going on in the business world where many people are losing their money, and these victims are becoming furious.
However this situation has a negative side, as said before there are many online thefts which affect a great amount of people in the society. An example of online theft is credit card identity theft which involves business and shoppers around the world.
Two ethical issues that are involved in this situation are privacy and security. It can also be a reliability issue. This is important because primarily security involves the protection of the hardware. When people left put their credit card numbers there can be a lot of theft. Another issue is privacy which is important because people’s privacy and accounts are being disturbed.
